Most desert trips pass through the White and Black Deserts in a single overnight. This route gives you three days to slow down, go deeper, and let the landscape build on itself. You start in the Black Desert, spend a full second day crossing from dune fields into the White Desert's surreal rock formations, and return to Cairo on day three with two full nights of desert camping behind you.
It suits travelers who want the desert to be the centerpiece of the trip, not a stop on the way somewhere else. The route runs from Cairo to Bahariya Oasis and into the desert over three days, returning to Cairo on the afternoon of day three. Transfers are by private air-conditioned 4x4 throughout. A professional English and French-speaking guide leads the full route.
Group size is capped at 10 people. All camping equipment is provided: tent, sleeping bag, and mattress. All 6 meals across the three days are included, along with bottled water, entrance fees, and permits. Hotel pickup and drop-off in Cairo at 6:00 AM on day one.
