Mo's Experiences provides custom travel planning and guided experiences in Egypt. All programs are arranged personally by Mahmoud Ahmed and his vetted local partners.

2. Inquiries and bookings

Submitting a form on this website is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when Mo sends a written confirmation and a deposit payment is received.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all travelers in your group hold valid travel documents, visas, and appropriate travel insurance. Mo's Experiences is not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions caused by missing documentation.

4. Limitation of liability

Mo's Experiences acts as an organizer and guide. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by third-party providers, natural events, or government actions outside our control.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
