Payments and Refunds

This page explains how payments work, what deposit is required, and what happens if you need to cancel.

Simple, Transparent Terms

No hidden fees. All payment terms are agreed before any booking is confirmed. Mo will walk you through the specifics before you commit to anything.

Payment Terms

Payment schedule

  • Deposit: 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm a booking.

  • Remaining balance: Due no later than 14 days before the trip start date.

  • Last-minute bookings (under 14 days to departure): Full payment is required at time of booking.


Accepted payment methods

  • Cash (on arrival or by arrangement)

  • Bank transfer (details provided on invoice)


Cancellation by you

  • 30 or more days before the trip: Full deposit refunded.

  • 15 to 29 days before the trip: 50% of deposit refunded.

  • Under 14 days before the trip: No refund on deposit.

The remaining balance, if already paid, is fully refundable when cancelled 30 or more days before departure.


Cancellation by Mo's Experiences

If Mo's Experiences cancels a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid within 14 business days.

If cancellation is due to circumstances outside our control (natural events, government travel advisories, force majeure), we will offer a full credit toward a rescheduled trip. A cash refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Currency

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the traveler.
