Once checked in, the remainder of the day is yours to recover from travel or begin exploring the city at your own pace.

Enjoy breakfast and meet your private Egyptologist guide to set out for the legendary Pyramids of Giza. Stand before the imposing Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, and encounter the enigmatic Great Sphinx. Explore the ancient Valley Temple before pausing for lunch at a reputable local restaurant. After breakfast and checking out, transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Start your day cruising the Nile, with breakfast served on deck as you approach Kom Ombo. Visit the unique twin temple of Kom Ombo, devoted to Sobek and Horus. Continue sailing to Edfu, where a horse-drawn carriage takes you to the impressive Edfu Temple, celebrated for its remarkable preservation. Return to the ship for dinner as you sail onward toward Luxor.

After breakfast, head out to Luxor’s West Bank with your guide. Explore the tombs of ancient pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings, including the burial place of King Tutankhamun. Next, visit the dramatic Hatshepsut Temple, seamlessly built into the cliffs at Deir el Bahari. This morning, set out for the East Bank to visit the sprawling Karnak Temple Complex, whose grand halls and pylons evoke the power of ancient Egypt.
