Upon landing at Cairo International Airport, a representative will greet you and assist with immigration and baggage procedures. You’ll then be transferred privately to your 5-star hotel in the city center. Take time to settle in and rest after your travels, as your tailored Egypt experience gets underway.

Begin the day with breakfast at your hotel and meet your private Egyptologist guide. Head straight to the Giza Plateau to visit the iconic Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, and stand before the Great Sphinx. Enjoy a camel ride for a unique vantage point among the pyramids. After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your morning flight to Aswan. Board your Nile cruise, enjoy lunch onboard, and spend the afternoon relaxing as you settle into your cabin in Aswan.

Today the cruise sails to Kom Ombo. Step ashore to explore the unique riverside temple dedicated to both Sobek and Horus the Elder. Continue along the Nile to Edfu, where a horse-drawn carriage brings you to the remarkably preserved Temple of Horus. After visiting, return to the cruise to enjoy dinner and the gentle rhythm of the river as night falls.

Your vessel arrives in Luxor, opening the door to some of Egypt’s most famous archaeological sites. Begin on the West Bank of the Nile at the Valley of the Kings, where you’ll explore richly decorated tombs of legendary pharaohs. If available, enter the tomb of Tutankhamun. Continue to the striking Hatshepsut Temple, set against dramatic cliffs, before a final stop at the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise for lunch and an afternoon to unwind onboard as the Nile drifts by.

After breakfast, disembark and visit the monumental Karnak Temple, a vast complex of halls, columns, and statues. Then explore the elegantly lit Luxor Temple, once linked to Karnak by the Avenue of Sphinxes. Later, transfer in a private vehicle across the desert to Hurghada on the Red Sea coast, where you’ll check into your all-inclusive resort for an evening at leisure.
