Egypt 2026/2027

Egypt rewards travelers who want more than a checklist, with a depth that reveals itself through cities, desert, river life, and places that still feel timeless.

Why Egypt opens up slowly

Egypt is larger, more varied, and more layered than many travelers expect. Beyond the first landmarks, it opens into very different rhythms: ancient cities, desert silence, Nile life, and places that can change the pace of a trip completely.

This page helps you explore the main experience categories connected to Egypt. If you already want to compare more specific options, you can also browse all programs or shape something more personal.

We booked a food tour in Cairo with Mahmoud and it was the highlight of our trip. He's an incredible organizer working all over Egypt. We visited authentic restaurants with delicious Egyptian dishes, desserts, mint tea, and tamarind juice. But it was so much more: Mahmoud took us through Khan el-Khalili, beautiful mosques, Bab al-Futuh, and the Qalawun complex, sharing deep knowledge of Egyptian culture and history. One of the nicest people we've met traveling. Friendly, passionate, and genuinely caring. I'll definitely book again next time I'm in Egypt. Highly recommend!

My trip to Egypt wouldn’t have been the same without Mo. I joined one of his food tours and it was absolutely incredible, every stop was packed with flavor, culture, and local charm. Mo knew all the best hidden spots, explained the history behind each dish, and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. Beyond being a fantastic guide, Mo is just an all-around great person, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing Egypt’s culture. I learned so much about the food, people, and traditions thanks to him. If you’re visiting Egypt, I can’t recommend Mo enough!
